Jyoti serves as a Director of Kingfisher Management Limited, a Cayman Islands-based fiduciary services
business which holds a Companies Management License issued by CIMA. Jyoti is approved by CIMA to act
as a director for regulated investment entities.
Offering a diverse range of services to institutional and high net worth private clients, Jyoti specializes in
independent directorships, compliance appointments, and governance services. Jyoti serves as an
independent director on the boards of various entities, including funds, investment managers, captive
insurers, and holding companies across diverse industries.
Jyoti experience further covers financial advisory mandates which span investment management, risk
mitigation, corporate finance, valuations, operational and transactional support, and realization
strategies. His advisory experience encompasses a wide spectrum, from telecommunications in India to
banking in Argentina. Throughout his career, Jyoti has successfully implemented the return of over US$1
billion in capital to stakeholders.
Jyoti assumes the crucial roles of Anti Money Laundering (“AML”) Compliance Officer and Money
Laundering Reporting Officer for the Kingfisher entities. In these capacities, he ensures strict adherence
to local AML and Regulatory requirements, as well as compliance with Kingfisher’s internal policies and
procedures.
Before joining Kingfisher, Jyoti held the position of Senior Associate in PricewaterhouseCoopers’
Corporate Finance and Advisory team for six years, working across multiple jurisdictions, including
Australia, the United Kingdom, and the Cayman Islands.
Beyond his financial career, Jyoti spent a significant year in post-earthquake Haiti as the Regional Project
Director for an NGO, reporting directly to the United Nations. In this role, he led a team implementing an
operational improvement initiative for the Office of the Mayor, identifying sustainable improvements in
internal process efficiency, organisational strategy, and operational and communication transparency.
